      <title>Master model for the aircraft industry</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>Another challenge DFM Technologies met successfully was the project for AEROPLASTIC Kft., an aircraft manufacturer from Sopron, Hungary. </p> <p>DFM Technologies milled the master model of the fuselage of a single-engine, four-seater propeller aircraft and provided the material selection with valuable support by efficient project management and strict collaboration with the customer. Benefits of the master model for the customer: reduced throughput time, high precision realized by 5-axis milling in only two setups. The fuselage master was done as one single block.</p>]]></description>

      <title>Composites for Bolide edge mk3</title>
      <description><![CDATA[<p>DFM Technologies made a substantial contribution to speed increase and weight optimization of the new racing Bolide edge mk3 of the TUW Racing Team of TU Vienna.</p> <p>With a maximum degree of molding skills and precision, DFM's experienced team developed and milled various tools for composite elements of the Bolide.</p> <p>The tools for the composite elements such as the upper surface of the spring body, the locker damper, the radiator bracket, the seat core and the steering strut of the Bolide have been designed to achieve extraordinary rigidity and also extremely low weight of the composite elements. With perfect tools, DFM Technologies provided a basis for the aspired weight reduction and increased maximum speed of the Bolide. Also considering safety, reliability as well as profitability, DFM Technologies met the expected high standards of the TUW Racing Team.</p>]]></description>
